Job Description

As a Merchant Support Associate you will primarily be working with restaurant and retail partners, and your role will be focused on obtaining higher quality menus in the Wolt platform. You will act as a key communicator, coordinator, problem-solver. This includes talking to merchant partners on the phone, arranging, coordinating and planning. You will be working in a small, dedicated team, where you’ll be able to share best practices and coordinate efforts, in order to maintain a high standard. 

What you’ll be doing:

• You will not be a photographer, but a person who will execute the photo quality correction in the application.

• Checking why a certain venue does not have photos posted for each item, whether their quality is satisfactory, or you will contact partners and direct them to add photos.

• Improve the quality of partners' menus by adding more details to it (e.g. dietary preferences, allergens, more options, etc.)

• Building and maintaining a world class photobank of common dishes.

• Convincing our merchant partners that photos and high quality menus are great.

• Be a big part of a focused project team, and help define further goals along the way.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills both verbally and in writing - it’s important to find the right tone with everyone.

• Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.

• Accurate administrative skills.

• Interest in hospitality, restaurants, gastronomy - you will have the opportunity to get to know hundreds of restaurants and retail partners.

• Fluency in both Hungarian & English.
