Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation and leadership during the design process.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the design, development and verification processes.
- Communicate with business leaders and key stakeholders as needed to keep them apprised and updated on critical issues related to valves and actuators.
- Lead and engage with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams. Sign off on RCCA completions.
- Champion Lean methods.
- Mentor and guide technical community.
- Role model identifying, quantifying, and mitigating technical risk against business risk.
- Mentor and coach the broader technical community in this area.
- Disseminate lessons learned across Engineering organizations and other functions.
- Work closely with other engineering teams, partners and vendors to ensure inter-operability and reuse.
- Propose and develop new technical solutions to difficult problems.
- Design, create, fix, and review software written in C# and Python.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience.
- This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $173,000.00 USD Anually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 10/31/26.
