IM Cybersecurity Evaluator

Job Description:

As an IM Cybersecurity Evaluator, this service will be accountable to improve and maintain the security level of the Hosting Platforms. To achieve this mission, you will:

Main responsible of ail the follow-up activities in the tasks included in the SLA for Cybersecurity contract with
AHG
• Steer vuinerability emergency process, ensuring that a correct follow-up s done for ail AHG entities part of
it.
• Improve the current security exception management process, ensuring a proper transport into production,
the quality and Security of the changes and reducing the unavailability due to regressions.
• Audit systems and solutions as requested both for AHE and AHG, retesting the findings from previous audits
and improving the current processes in place.
• Support the AHE 1M Security Team in ail the related tasks to the SLA for Cybersecurity contract and in local tasks that wiil allow a increased participation of the current team in the SLA

Your profile: Informatic Engineer or similar Degree with at least 1 year of experience

• You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints. 

• You are able to explain your decisions to the requesters on rationales. 

• You have a team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open-minded, welcome feedback.

• You have a good understanding of cybersecurity: Knowledge of key principles like confidentiality, integrity, availability, and common threats (malware, phishing, etc.).

• Able to review and manage of exceptions: Evaluate risks and manage security exceptions following organizational policies and frameworks.

• Knowledge of Pentesting: Familiarity with pentesting tools like Kali Linux, Nmap, and Metasploit, and basic exploitation techniques.

• Security auditing: Conduct internal security assessments using tools like Nessus and analyze vulnerability reports.

• Communication and teamwork skills: Document and communicate security issues clearly and collaborate effectively with other technical teams.

• Good organisation and communication skills: be able to set up, follow and manage events in security-related action plans together with the relevant actors

• Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision 

• Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability

Mandatory skills:

• Degree in Computer Science with specialization in Cybersecurity

• Demonstrated ability in pentesting: Hackthebox or in other cybersecurity CTF platforms

• Awareness of key vulnerability management tools and frameworks (OWASP Top 10, CVE, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)

• Fluent English

• Knowledge in French and German is a plus

Relevant certifications:

• eJPT Certification

• CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst)

• CompTIA Security+
