JOB SUMMARY:
Greet visitors and answer telephones in a professional and business-like manner and direct calls to the appropriate person/department. Distribute facility mail, order office supplies and assist with typing as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Greet visitors and answer telephones in a professional and business-like manner and direct calls to the appropriate person/department.
§ Distribute facility mail and forward discharged residents’ mail.
§ Assure that all visitors and family sign in on logs when visiting.
§ Performs other duties as assigned.
