The Role

Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.

Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.

Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.

Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.

Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.

Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

Substantial proven experience ( 15+ years plus) working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.

Extensive experience in leading sales, pursuits and RFPs

You will be an internal employee of Infosys Consulting

Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA

Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).

Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.

Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.

Employees must have completed at least 1 year of service at Infosys.

Employees should be a confirmed employee with minimum 1 performance rating, to be able to apply for an IJP. 

While employees can apply for maximum of 3 IJPs at a time (excluding JL7 IJPs), whichever IJP selection is closed earlier will be considered and application will be auto released from the other IJPs

To be eligible for lateral / progression movements. Employees should have spent 18 months in Current Account. In case employees have not completed 18 months and want to move, employees could do so through an exception approval from respective manager. However, role maturity criteria should be met as per the role-change guidelines.

Colling off period - A minimum gap of 18 months is required between the last IJP selection and a new IJP application.

Additionally, to be eligible for upward movements (progressions or promotions), employees should meet the eligibility guidelines for movements as per the role change guidelines applicable at that time.  

If employees have moved into a new role through an IJP or Bridge then the cool-off period to apply for another IJP, Bridge or any other career movement program is 18 months.

An increase in the billing rate is required in cases of promotions wherever applicable.

Employees undergoing a promotion through the IJP process will assume additional roles and responsibilities aligned with the new position. These must be reviewed and approved by the Business, with HR maintaining oversight and compliance tracking.
