Join our team in Amanpuri. Soundtracked by the whispers of coconut palms and the sighs of the Andaman Sea, Aman’s first resort, Amanpuri, presides over its own peninsula, promising guests space, serenity, an idyllic white-sand beach, exceptional restaurants and a Holistic Wellness Centre.
Role
Our 18-month custom and immersive program is designed to cultivate the future leaders of Aman Group.
The program journey begins with a 1-month period of immersion across all areas such as operations, finance, HR, and sales. You will gain an insight into the various aspects of the business, gaining an overview of what it takes to effectively manage an ultra-luxury property. You will then focus on Rooms specialization, progressively assuming increased responsibilities, refining your expertise and accelerating their growth. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting projects and fine tune your business acumen.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and apply strong product knowledge in food and beverage offerings.
- Career Advancement Opportunity: Successfully completing the program leads to a graduation ceremony and progression to an Assistant Manager position.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (completed within the last 2 years).
- Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality; luxury hospitality exposure is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Emotionally intelligent, culturally adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Proactive, operationally driven, flexible with shifts (including weekends and public holidays), and eager to grow into an international hospitality career.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, completed within the last two years or expected soon
- Minimum one year of work or internship experience in hospitality
- Luxury hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and personalized guest experiences
- Emotional intelligence, cultural adaptability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Additional language proficiency
