We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook and iGaming Operations group! Join our team as a Promotions Support Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you'll do as a Promotions Support Associate

  • Support the Sportsbook and iGaming Promotions teams in triaging and resolving second-line customer issues while working closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to improve processes
  • Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected.
  • Support and collaborate with other parts of the business such as operations, trading, customer experience, and marketing to help proactively diagnose and solve questions from our customers.
  • Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.
  • Become an expert with using our internal marketing and bonus tools - always looking to optimize processes and tools to enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states.
  • Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the team.
  • The ability to become licensed through applicable regulatory agencies.


What you'll bring

  • At least 1 year of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience.
  • You have a customer-focused view.
  • Data-driven and strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing operation tools and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new tools.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts including nights and weekends - due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.
  • A deep understanding of the Sportsbook/iGaming industry would be considered an advantage.
