This role centers on planning, executing, and closing certification campaigns, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring governance controls are executed accurately and on schedule. - Prepare datasets and reviewer scopes; use scripting (PowerShell/Python) for data cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
- Track campaign progress, risks, and exceptions; publish status reports and metrics dashboards to stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, certification rules, reviewer mappings, and campaign runbooks.
- Support role/entitlement reviews and policy validations as part of identity governance cycles.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on minor configuration updates, workflow adjustments, and access review refinements in ISC.
- Assist with UAT planning and execution for governance features; log defects and validate fixes.
- Provide post-campaign analysis, including remediation follow-ups, recertification recommendations, and continuous improvement actions.
- Adhere to change and problem management processes; maintain high-quality documentation and audit-ready evidence.
Job Description (Responsibilities):
- Run end-to-end SailPoint ISC certification processes, including planning, scoping, scheduling, execution, reminders, escalations, and closure.
- Create reviewer populations, entitlement scopes, and certification configurations aligned to governance policies.
- Leverage ISC reports and custom extracts to monitor reviewer activity and identify bottlenecks.
- Use scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for data preparation, campaign reporting, and repeatable tasks automation.
- Analyze identity data, roles, entitlements, and certification outcomes to recommend corrective actions.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and document functional IGA requirements and translate them into clear runbooks.
- Support role mining/role review workshops with business units and document proposed changes.
- Partner with engineers to test and validate event triggers, access review workflows, and minor configuration changes.
- Provide timely and accurate communication of status, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership.
- Maintain compliance evidence for audits related to access certifications and identity governance controls.
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with hands-on exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Proven experience running certification campaigns (manager, source-owner, search-based) in SailPoint ISC.
- Strong understanding of IGA processes: access certifications, role/entitlement governance, and identity lifecycle.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, define reviewer scopes, and produce campaign runbooks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with related IAM technologies and protocols (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO/SAML) is a plus.
- Consultant / Senior Consultant level experience in client-facing environments preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ISC APIs for report extraction or light automation.
- Exposure to application onboarding concepts and access review integration patterns.
- SailPoint or IAM-related certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC).
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001) related to access reviews.
