This role plays a pivotal part in defining and executing IAM processes, including lifecycle management, role modeling, least privilege access, and integration design.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Configure, maintain, and enhance SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components, including sources, entitlements, roles, lifecycle events, UAR, and policy rules.
Coordinate and execute the onboarding of new applications into SailPoint ISC using standard connectors and API-based integrations (SAP experience desirable).
Support the definition and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
Implement and maintain access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure IAM alignment with regulatory frameworks (GxP, GDPR, etc.).
Contribute to the development and maintenance of role models and access governance policies.
Review technical changes within the IAM domain and propose process and operational improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, and integration activities.
KPI: Ensure timely and compliant onboarding of applications into SailPoint ISC with high-quality technical delivery.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including connector configuration, workflows, access governance, and policy management.
Strong understanding of IAM processes across lifecycle management, role modeling, authorizations, and user access reviews.
Hands-on experience with API-based integrations (SAP experience is a plus).
Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions.
Strong analytical problem‑solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Languages:
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable Requirements:
SailPoint Identity Security Engineer / Professional certifications.
Experience working with external partners or vendors in IAM delivery.
