The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an IFSP Clinical Supervisor (LISW, LPCC) to join our Intensive Family Support Program. The IFSP Clinical Supervisor (LISW, LPCC) is the clinical and programmatic supervision of clinicians with primary responsibility for ensuring family centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and satisfactory business results. This position will work together and support other supervisors. The IFSP Clinical Supervisor will actively participate in program development, strive to understand the rationale for any changes in expectations, and represent the management of the agency to subordinates.

Location: This role with be responsible for IFSP supervision in the Southwest region (Springfield, Dayton, and Cincinnati). Travel to these areas will be required.

Who you are:
- You have a master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field.
- You have an active Ohio LISW, LPCC, or IMFT. Supervisor designation is strongly recommended within 90 days of start date.
- You have four + years of clinician, therapist, counselor, or social worker experience.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
