About This Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Solution Integrator to join our Workforce Management practice. In this role, you will work on configuring and integrating WFM (Workforce Management) tools - primarily the Click Software Service Optimization Suite and IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) - in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will engage directly with international customers, understand their business and technical requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions across complex, large-scale deployments.
What You Will Do
• Configure and deploy Click Service Optimization Suite (Click Schedule, Click Mobile, Click Plan, Click Forecast, and Click Analyze) and IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) modules - FSM (Field Service Management), PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization), and Mobile• Integrate IFS FSM and PSO with third-party products and systems across large-scale, multi-system deployment programs• Manage web deployment projects using .NET Web Services and maintain production environments, including build and release processes• Engage directly with international customers to analyze existing network/system needs and deliver consultative solutions• Execute full project lifecycle - from design and analysis through integration and user acceptance• Write and maintain test frameworks and scripts to ensure quality delivery• Mentor new team members to enable independent project execution.
You Will Bring
• 3+ years of IT industry experience, with 2+ years in WFM (Workforce Management) solution development and configuration (Click Suite and/or IFS systems)• Hands-on expertise in IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) - FSM (Field Service Management), PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization), and Mobile configuration and integration• Proficiency in Oracle database, PL/SQL scripting, and SQL DB• Working knowledge of .NET Web Services and IIS (Internet Information Services)• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) with experience in complete project lifecycle execution• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Solaris and scripting (Python preferred)
Good to Have
• Experience in Telecom projects within the OSS (Operations Support Systems) space
Qualifications
• BE / B. Tech / MCA / MSc (CS) in Computer Science, Telecom, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
