The IDN Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive QuidelOrtho’s success within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems. This role leads the creation of value-based messaging and programs that clearly articulate the clinical, operational, and financial impact of QuidelOrtho’s solutions to site leaders and health system decision-makers, enabling meaningful engagement across the full spectrum of IDN stakeholders.
The ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement account-based marketing strategies for IDN and health system targets, translating QuidelOrtho’s portfolio into clear clinical, operational, and financial value narratives that resonate with both site-level users and health system leadership.
Lead IDN/GPO pricing strategy by assessing contract positioning, identifying GPO vs. non-GPO gaps, and establishing guidelines and controls to ensure pricing consistency and competitiveness.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with IDN stakeholders including clinical leaders, lab directors, supply chain, and C-suite executives; serve as the primary marketing resource for health system engagement.
Create health system-specific marketing programs and sales enablement tools that communicate the clinical outcomes, operational efficiencies, and cost savings delivered by QuidelOrtho solutions at both the site and enterprise level.
Partner with National Accounts, regional sales teams, and Medical Affairs to align marketing strategies with health system priorities, ensuring messaging addresses the distinct needs of clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders within each account.
Analyze health system market trends, IDN account data, and stakeholder insights to identify growth opportunities, refine value messaging, and optimize marketing investments across target accounts.
Collaborate with product marketing, health economics, Medical Affairs, and commercial leadership to build evidence-based value stories that connect QuidelOrtho’s solutions to measurable clinical quality, workflow efficiency, and total cost of care outcomes.
Manage IDN marketing budgets, track program ROI and engagement metrics, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership with clear linkage to health system account outcomes.
Lead new product launch planning within health system accounts, developing clinical education resources, stakeholder-specific value tools, and go-to-market materials tailored to IDN decision-making processes.
Assess current portfolio opportunities to communicate and capture value for QuidelOrtho and Health System combined benefit. Routinely assess share of wallet aligned with product portfolio value.

Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health, or related field
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years developing value-based programs or account-based marketing strategies for health systems, IDNs, or complex healthcare institutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical and diagnostic solutions into compelling value narratives for diverse stakeholder audiences including clinicians, administrators, and executive leadership.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and marketing analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $118,000 USD to $155,000 USD and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
