Overall technical coordination for the development of xEV product
Support pursuit business as main customer technical interface and internal coordination to prepare the deliverables during quote phaseKey Accountabilities
l Main interface to customer and program, production issues…
l Define project scope, tools
l Define the key project milestone and each task plan
l Responsible for tracking the changes, risks and issues
l BLR tracking with all DLs for MEC, SW, EE related section
l Prepare the EDD for NBO phase and overall changes, tracking the spending
l Define the DRSC for each sample status including internal and customer delivery
l Resource coordination in cross function of engineering (Rig, prototype, ENG effort…)
Qualifications & Requirements
l Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
l At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required
l Basic knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required
l Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development, especially familiar with SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3
l Good knowledge to utilize Polaron, Jira system
l Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities
l Good written and spoken English is required
