As we expand our impact, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to lead our Financial Operations and Transformation Services (FOTS) IDIQ for the Department of the Navy (DoN).

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the DON FM&C IDIQ contract, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with the Department of the Navy and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Contribute to capture strategy, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
- Proactively manage risks, oversee budget and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with all regulations and contract terms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience or commensurate to, preferably with a multi-award vehicle valued at $50M or more.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active PMP, CPA, CDFM, or CGFM certification is preferred.
Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, a US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
