IDIQ Program Manager

As we expand our impact, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to lead our Financial Operations and Transformation Services (FOTS) IDIQ for the Department of the Navy (DoN).

Your extensive experience in navigating the complexities of multi-award IDIQ contracts, combined with your ability to build strong, lasting relationships, will be key to driving success in this endeavor.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the DON FM&C IDIQ contract, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with the Department of the Navy and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Contribute to capture strategy, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
• Proactively manage risks, oversee budget and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with all regulations and contract terms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience or commensurate to, preferably with a multi-award vehicle valued at $50M or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active PMP, CPA, CDFM, or CGFM certification is preferred.

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, a US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
