The Identity Validator plays a key role in compliance and fraud prevention by reviewing documents, verifying information, and following strict privacy and security protocols. Key areas of responsibility:
• Conduct remote identity verification using secure platforms and procedures during tech check and pre-process training.
• Review and validate photo identification or government issued identification for authenticity.
• Cross- check ID details with Form I-9 to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Communicate with employees via phone, email, or video call to confirm identity as necessary.
• Identify and report discrepancies or potential fraudulent documents.
• Maintain secure and organized records of all verification processes.
• Collaborate with HR personnel to resolve documentation issues.
• Capture employee virtual badge photo of employees and create virtual badge within the employee profile in Workday.
• Stay current with changes in compliance requirements, tools, and best practices.
