Everforth ECS is seeking an Identity Services Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM) services.
- Manage and oversee Active Directory, Entra ID, and federation services.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with authentication platforms and privileged access management.
- Supervise identity technicians and enforce adherence to identity governance procedures.
- Oversee account provisioning workflows and enforce role-based access control.
- Validate audit logging and manage entitlement review activities.
- Coordinate remediation of access control findings to maintain secure identity governance.
- Ensure operations comply with DoD security policies and enterprise configuration management standards.
- Support identity services across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise identity and access management operations within DoD or Federal IT environments.
- Proven experience leading administration of enterprise identity platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise identity administration teams and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Experience ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and configuration management controls.
