- Engineer, implement, and support Privileged Access Management services across enterprise environments.
- Onboard applications, systems, credentials, and roles into PAM platforms.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and automated access control solutions.
- Support enterprise IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and related services.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance platform availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and API integrations.
- Monitor platform health using observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Investigate and resolve security, reliability, and operational incidents within established service level agreements.
