Blackbaud is looking for an experienced Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to join our organization and help drive the enterprise identity strategy forward. As a member of the Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the candidate will be responsible for on-boarding systems in the enterprise IdentityNow solution, building automation and streamlining identity lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in SailPoint IdentityNow, IAM and cloud solutions. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for mentoring teammates and assisting in building the IAM tool roadmap.
What you'll do:
Responsible for application on-boarding into IdentityNow
Enhancing and enriching the access certification process
Automation of identity lifecycle processes that comply with regulatory requirements
Integration with the Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution
Partnering with Business Analysts to identify business and technical requirements
Implementation and management of all Identity Tool APIs
What you’ll bring:
Industry recognized professional certification
3+ years’ experience in identity access management roles
3+ years’ experience with Public Cloud and Active Directory
Ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situation
