Why we're hiring:
To manage the Cloud, on-prem Directory Services, design, development, deployment, integrations and where applicable migrations to the target IDAM platform, with the objective of maximising security, organisational collaboration and lifecycle automation whilst delivering a first class end user experience to employees, partners and clients across the WPP global group.
What you'll be doing:
- Sets the vision for on-prem Directory Services, IDaaS aligned to the defined IDAM strategy.
- Liaison with directory engineering teams as required to define requirements, build capability and migrate from legacy identity systems.
- Global Active Directory product management and prioritisation of backlog.
- Aid definition and implementation of a rigorous global JML process to ensure robust and timely access management.
- Standardisation of configuration across all deployments, aligned to best practice.
- Participate in and provide assistance to teams to drive migration from legacy on-prem directory services, as required.
- To work with the Information Security teams to maximise the security of policies and solutions and provide support for any ongoing remediations or investigations.
- Global product lifecycle management, aligned to the Architecture roadmap informed by product, user and data insights where available.
- Drive the maximum possible level of automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for OKTA products and align to SRE principles.
- Liaise with other Product Manager counterparts in other areas to ideate and co-ordinate common process and standards.
- Drive adoption of secure by design, DevOps engineering and agile practices as defined by Platforms and Transformation CoPs.
- Liaise with engineering communities to optimise ways of working with this product.
- Support innovation and horizon scanning for strategic and emerging technologies.

- Experience of working in global, highly complex environments
