Disney's Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) Group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within Disney's Business segments and Corporate functions. Our vision is to provide modern Identity and Access Management capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.
The Identity Data Manager is responsible for designing and developing and coding highly scalable systems and reliable data pipelines to integrate disparate sources into a single identity data master repository to support the identity data lifecycle for The Walt Disney Company. This role will also contribute to the critical technical direction and design decisions during IAM transformation & operational performance optimization.
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and code highly scalable systems / solutions and applications in support of IAM and Identity data management
- Analyze, designs, evaluate, debug, and develop new products and/or product enhancements
- Works with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define system requirements and/or determine necessary modifications to meet business needs and improve data quality
- Build architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and Identity data flows to support workforce identity system configuration, data pipelines, workflows, and aid support teams to understand how to support user identity issues
- Create architecture diagrams for current state, transition states, and a future state inn support of IAM transformation
- Assess identity data source of truth and govern the distribution landscape
- Design, implement, develop, code, and maintain reliable data pipelines to integrate disparate sources into a single identity data master repository
- Identify and design identity lifecycle processes and process improvements
- Source systems, design data integration solutions, data validation, and data testing processes
- Be main source of knowledge in our IAM ecosystem; understand how our systems and applications receive data, how it is stored and used, and the underlying processes that leverage it
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and continuously seek improved efficiencies
- Participate in solution design and product selection including discovery efforts to capture technical, business, and security requirements
- Design and implement data quality processes to ensure data correctness
- Develop and maintain the identity data lifecycle model
- Develop, manage, and communicate identity data taxonomy
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in coding, data management
- Experience d esigning, developing, and coding highly scalable systems, solutions and applications
- Experience in and understanding of Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) use cases and technologies.
- Proficiency in automating and improving existing processes
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical people internal an external audiences
Nice To Have:
- SailPoint and/or Okta platform experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP Directories
- Identity Matching and Data Mastering
- Data Modeling and ETL Processing
- Identity and Access Management Domain knowledge
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineer, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
