Everforth ECS is seeking an Identity and Endpoint Services Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-level identity governance frameworks and privileged access management strategies.
- Establish and enforce endpoint security architecture standards and lifecycle management policies for user accounts and devices.
- Lead zero trust access initiatives and oversee authentication modernization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with device policies and manage enterprise identity risk in alignment with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policies.
- Oversee audit readiness and Risk Management Framework (RMF) sustainment integration.
- Coordinate cross-domain efforts with cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams.
- Advise government stakeholders on identity modernization strategies and enterprise access risk management.
- Plan and enhance authentication resiliency to support mission-critical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Extensive experience in enterprise cloud architecture and cybersecurity governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Expertise in Zero Trust architecture implementation and identity and access management (IAM).
- Proven track record in leading DoD IL6/IL4 security implementations.
- Strong background in identity federation and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Proficiency in endpoint security solutions including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Entra ID.
