The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist will be
responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing identity and access
controls across the organisation. The role ensures secure, compliant, and
efficient access to systems, applications, and data while supporting business
operations.
Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management Operations
- Manage user identities and access across enterprise systems
- Provision and de-provision user access in line with security
policies
- Maintain role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Monitor access rights and ensure compliance with internal
controls
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational
security requirements
- Identify and mitigate access-related risks
Systems & Application Integration
- Manage IAM integration with business-critical systems
- Support identity lifecycle management (joiners, movers,
leavers)
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system access
architecture
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams
- Support business users with access-related queries and
troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on access control best practices
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes and
automation
- Enhance efficiency of access provisioning and approval
workflows
- Support implementation of IAM tools and technologies
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information
Security, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Identity and Access Management or
Information Security
- Proven experience in enterprise IAM environments
Skills
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, least privilege,
identity lifecycle management)
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms
- Experience with SAP security and access management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) security and
access management
Additional Requirements
- Own
and drive IAM (Identity and Access Management) end to end independently and who
can navigate complexity
- Navigate high level of complexity and stabilisation across operations.
- Work between Workday,MSD,Omada and AD.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security
- Proven experience in enterprise IAM environments
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, least privilege, identity lifecycle management)
