The Role

As an IAM specialist, you will play a strategic role in the growth and transformation of Vontobel. We invest in people who create opportunities to deliver the client experience of tomorrow.
Within our business unit Technology & Services, division Technology Platform we are seeking for a forward thinking, customer focused Identity and Access Management Specialist.

What would your role be?

  • Contribute to the conceptual development of all Identity & Access Management processes at Bank Vontobel.
  • Collaborate in operational tasks such as Joiner/Mover/Leaver process and handle the daily business tasks.
  • Operate and maintain the IAM solution (Sailpoint IIQ or IdentityNow) and optimize existing services.
  • Establish business and IT roles and ensuring their maintenance.
  • Share information and provide required evidence to regulators, auditors, specialist departments, etc.
  • Incident management in the case of problems with access to systems or buildings.
  • Support in the execution of annual and regulatory user entitlement reviews.
  • Project management for example introduction of new services, optimizations, reorganizations or integration of new business units.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree focused on IT, business IT, IT security, or a comparable qualification (e.g., MAS in Information Security) or relevant practical expertise.
  • Expertise in identity and access management tools (Sailpoint IIQ or IdentityNow), Microsoft Active Directory, Azure EntraID, M365, and Microsoft Exchange administration.
  • Several years of experience in IT and banking, focusing on identity and access management, information security, or auditing activities.
  • Proficiency in task automation, scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, or other development skills are highly beneficial.
  • Strong technical interface skills with excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead or participate in projects effectively.
  • Engaging, communicative, and service-oriented personality with the ability to work independently, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and oral.
