About the role:
The purpose of this role is to manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives effectively across Diageo's system landscape.
This involves high interaction with D&T (Digital & Technology) teams as well as market key stakeholders.
The role aims to continually improve IAM processes by leveraging IGA tool capabilities horizontally (new systems/new functionalities) and vertically (fully exploit current capabilities).
Additionally, it ensures proper execution of User Access Recertification (UAR) campaigns by third parties in respective tools, along with managing all recertification processes executed in the IGA tool.
Top accountabilities:
- Ensure Proper Execution of UAR Campaigns:
- Ensure third-party vendors properly execute UAR campaigns within relevant tool according to defined standards.
- Monitor campaign progress, address issues promptly, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage Recertification Processes/Security Controls:
- Act as process owner for all types of recertification processes/security controls executed within IGA tools.
- Own policies/procedures ensuring effective governance/compliance.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather/document business requirements related to identity/access management.
- Conduct interviews/workshops/surveys understanding user needs; analyze workflows identifying improvement opportunities.
- Supporting definition of E2E user journeys
- Supporting solution Design & Implementation Support:
- Work with technical teams designing IAM solutions meeting business requirements; assist implementation including configuration/testing/deployment providing support during transition phases.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor effectiveness recommending enhancements staying updated on emerging trends/technologies.
