Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to design, implement and manage IAM solutions that enhance security and streamline operations. This role focuses on defining and securing identity frameworks, deploying and integrating access management solutions and aligning with business and technical requirements. The IAM Architect collaborates with stakeholders to support identity lifecycle processes, access control and overall IAM architecture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth, development and culture of an exciting and fast-growing company in the cybersecurity market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define the IAM framework and architecture to meet business needs and ensure compliance with security standards and performance goals.
  • Implement joiner, mover and leaver scenarios using a persona or role-based implementation strategy.
  • Document the implementation of IAM security controls and oversee the transition to managed IAM operations.
  • Coordinate with customers, operational stakeholders and internal teams to align on IAM requirements, standards and end-state implementation goals.
  • Ensure secure and efficient management of identities, roles and access privileges across cloud and on-premises environments.

What you need to know:

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Must have’s:

  • 5+ years of designing or architecting IAM solutions. Associate’s degree substitutes 2 years; Bachelor’s degree substitutes 3 years.
  • Strong experience in IAM frameworks and PAM solutions.
  • Expertise in integrating IAM systems with platforms such as Saviynt and Azure Active Directory.
  • Proven ability to document and transition IAM implementations to managed operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of IAM standards, policies and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, in compliance with federal contract requirements.

Beneficial to have:

  • Familiarity with IAM and PAM solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Implementation experience with PAM solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Industry recognized certifications.
