Identity and Access Engineer

As our Identity and Access Engineer, you will be a valuable part of the Identity Management team, dedicated to the automation of provisioning while maintaining security and overall efficiency of our Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution. We have a big year ahead for 2025, while we continue to modernize our Identity Management processes and automate provisioning with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

What You’ll Do

• Daily you will be driving the implementation of Saviynt EIC initiatives.
• You’ll learn current processes, procedures, and various supported systems to assist with automation of provisioning.
• You will be leading efforts related to IGA initiatives, working with the Identity team, other business units and other IT departments. 
• You’ll lead Saviynt EIC Implementations:  Design, configure, and implement Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning processes.
• You will guide junior team members and providing technical direction within projects or initiatives.
• You’ll collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and align identity management strategies with business needs.
• You’ll participate in standup meetings, complete your projects or stories during sprints, and you’re ready to meet frequent deployment deadlines.
• You’ll collaborate with other teams throughout the organization. We work with other IT teams, business units throughout the organization and vendors to continuously to drive the automation within our IGA platform.

What You’ll Need

• To thrive in this role, you have 3 years or more experience in Identity Management and identity management tools, such as Saviynt EIC or SailPoint.
• Experience with SQL, PowerShell preferred
• Must have Rest API’s and JSON.
• Must be comfortable presenting to Executives

The starting pay range for this position is:

$106,900.00 - $142,200.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
