Job Description
The role
The role will enhance IAM systems ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of Entra ID environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions that align with industry best practices.
Who you will work with
Reporting to the Service Owner, Identity and Access Management, you will work within the IAM team to provide IAM services to all IT systems and business units, directly or through work management systems.
What you will be responsible for
Designing, configuring, and maintaining Identity across all solutions driving our cloud first principles.
Designing and Implementing policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), Privileged Identity (and Access) Management, Conditional Access policies, SSO and SAML integrations, SCIM, Logic Apps, HR provisioning via JML workflows.
Establishing and enforcing robust authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
Creating and updating policy and controls documentation.
What you will do
Collaborate with internal clients to understand their specific IAM requirements and provide tailored, Identity solutions aligned to global standards.
Implement global standards across all identity types, contributing to the standards and controls to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
Your experience
Proven experience in Identity Management with a strong focus on Microsoft Technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID including Connect/Coud sync, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Protection, Conditional Access policies, Entitlement Management, Access Packages, Access Reviews, and Enterprise application integrations.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management and External Identity access controls.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID integrations.
- Familiarity with identity protocols such as SSO, OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.
- Strong understanding of security concepts, including, but not limited to, authentication and authorisation.
- Good knowledge of Logic apps and understanding of HR driven provisioning to support JML lifecycle workflows.
- You will have had experience turning business requirements into technical solutions.

This role follows our 'balanced' hybrid working approach and as long as business needs allow, you will be supported to work in a hybrid way with the expectation of working from the office for a minimum of 50% of your time.
