Do you enjoy working with Identity & Access Management in a large enterprise environment where you can contribute to both long-term improvements and day-to-day execution? At STARK Group IT, we are looking for an Identity & Access Management Specialist who understands the strategic and governance aspects of IAM but is equally motivated by the practical work required to turn ideas into reality.
You will join a growing international organisation where identity plays an increasingly important role in supporting secure and efficient ways of working. Working closely with colleagues across Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Information Security, and business stakeholders, you will help strengthen and mature our Identity & Access Management capabilities across STARK Group.
The role is based in Viby J, Aarhus.
Your Role and Impact
You will become part of STARK Group IT's Digital Workplace & Infrastructure area, where you will work closely with colleagues across IT Operations, Information Security and business stakeholders throughout STARK Group.
As our Identity & Access Management Specialist, you will help strengthen and mature how identity and access are managed across the organisation. Working with both existing capabilities and future initiatives, you will contribute to creating secure, scalable, and well-governed identity services that support STARK Group's business and technology ambitions.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the development and execution of IAM initiatives, standards, and improvements across STARK Group.
Drive and support solutions related to identity lifecycle management, access governance, role-based access, privileged access, and future IGA capabilities.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Support risk assessments, audit activities, and continuous improvements that strengthen security and compliance.
Translate business, security, and operational requirements into practical IAM solutions that can be successfully implemented and maintained.
You will be successful in this role when IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and practical to operate, and when stakeholders experience identity and access management as an area that both supports the business future vision, current needs and strengthens security across STARK Group.
What you Bring
We are looking for someone who has worked with Identity & Access Management in a larger enterprise environment and understands both the strategic and operational sides of the discipline. You appreciate governance, standards, and long-term direction, but you are equally motivated by getting involved, solving practical challenges, and turning plans into working solutions.
We imagine that you bring:
Experience contributing to the development and maturation of IAM capabilities in a larger organisation, including governance, operating models, standards, or longer-term initiatives.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and core IAM disciplines such as access governance, lifecycle management, Conditional access, MFA and Privileged Identity Management,
An understanding of Zero Trust Principles and the ability to balance security requirements, business needs, and operational realities when recommending improvements and solutions.
Experience translating business, technical, and compliance requirements into practical IAM solutions that can be successfully implemented and operated.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on, and delivery-focused approach.
Experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms such as Omada, SailPoint, or Saviynt would be beneficial, as would familiarity with technologies and standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, PowerShell automation, ITIL processes, or compliance frameworks including GDPR and ISO 27001. However, we are more interested in finding someone with a strong IAM foundation and the ability to contribute across both strategic and operational aspects of the discipline.
