Skills Required
- Experience within low-voltage operations, senior project management, lead technician, senior engineering, service management, or a related role
- Leadership and management experience with teams, ideally including hiring and firing
- Proven ability to work remotely
- At least three years between job changes, demonstrating a steady work history
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and ability to assess the character of others
- Pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence
- US-based location and authorization to work without sponsorship
- Reliable internet connection and a clean, quiet home workspace
