About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day running of the iH2 ID Admin operations & raise any potential concerns to Reporting Manager before they become issues.
Major Platform: Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400, Database – Managing business application, security administration, Security Administrator
Manager to subscribe with the correct role and enablement based on the role – IT admin will enable on manual activation
Access is only for Prod, UAT and MockRun environment – to also cover RDR
Conduct periodic checks to ensure that Access Matrices & Limit Memos referred to by the team are up to date
Responsible for the overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to users
Responsible for coaching, supervising, appraising, and monitoring the performance of the team
Responsible for the team’s capacity planning and addressing training needs as appropriate
Responsible for the team’s KPIs, periodic risk and control assessments, and corrective actions
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date BCP requirements
Work with the Reporting Manager to ensure SOP & administrative procedures/guidelines are kept up to date
Take on projects/assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
No. of years of related experience: 7 - >9 years
Skillsets: Preferred a combination of qualifications & at least 3-5 years of experience in ID administrative role with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to plan and manage a team, and oversee day-to-day operations.
