We are continuously growing and we are looking for an ICT Voice Network Engineer to join our Unified Communications team, part of the Professional Services Department.
The ideal candidate will be involved with the Telephony Networks’ investigation of topologies, functions, services, needs and their adaptation to the offered projects’ data, with a standard or dynamic approach. Additional responsibilities include problem resolution, consulting, creation and maintaining of technical documentation about Telephony and related themes, within CRM provided platform.
The position requires the availability of working outside of HQs premises, on a per project basis. This expected working time frame, is on the average 5% of the working time of the candidate, but it may occasionally vary depending on the current team requirements.

For the ICT Voice Network Engineer position, we expect you to:
- Conduct professionally client meetings in order to advise them on new services/solutions.
- Participate in the presales process in collaboration with other departments/ stakeholders.
- Create documentation and revise the deliverables for complicated/ important projects.
- Ensure the resolution of issues in projects that have already been delivered and that time frames are met.
- Contact fault investigation in lab environment.
- Stay updated with continuous education and awareness of new products and technologies. (including participation in events etc.)
- Gain technical specialization on specific products/technologies/solutions.

We would like you to have:
- University/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
- At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in a similar role and exposure in the majority of the following areas:
- Principles of urban Telephone Network operations. Especially the wired ones.
- Features, functions and services of Enterprise Telephone Networks. Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented.
- PBX functionalities about analogue, digital, IP and SIP/VoIP, protocols, phone sets and circuits.
- PBX features and services (DC Based and/or Web Based, Stand Alone or Multi-Site).
- Commercial buildings' structured cabling, backbone or edge network. Especially regarding Copper and F.O. systems.
- Familiarity with IP networking, major internet routing protocols, technologies and the Greek telephony portability system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various business stakeholders.
- Accountability and result orientation to high quality delivery.
- Very good knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
Ideally, it will be highly appreciated if you are aware of:
- PBX and Gateways systems’ installation, configuration and maintenance. Indicatively, the following brands are mentioned (Cisco, Yeastar, Avaya, Nortel, Alcatel, Siemens, NEC, Panasonic, Grandstream, Asterisk based systems & sub-systems, Webex Calling, Teams Calling etc). Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented.
- Media Distributed Data Networks, Data Center & Structured Cabling regarding Concept design & Preliminary studies, Project appraisals & Cost estimates, Full system design & Product Management Development.

Skills Required
