About the RoleAs an ICT Support Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for all things tech—whether it’s over the phone, via email, or face-to-face. You’ll work closely with our global ICT team to ensure a seamless and professional technology experience for all Brunswick colleagues. This role includes occasional out-of-hours and weekend support, which is fully compensated.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: Providing 1st line support for hardware, software, and systems across Windows and macOS platforms.
- System Administration: Managing O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune environments.
- Device Management: Supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) and using MDM tools like JAMF.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Service Requests: Handling application installations, hardware setups, and user access requests.
- Collaboration: Working with global ICT colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in a 1st line ICT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and O365 applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF.
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with MFA.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
