The IT Product Manager – Accessories is responsible for defining and delivering technology solutions that enable the end‑to‑end Accessories business across dealer, retail, and digital ecosystems. This role bridges Accessories business strategy with IT execution, ensuring scalable, high-quality platforms that support product portfolio management, go‑to‑market execution, and customer experience.
The Product Manager will own the roadmap and lifecycle of Accessories systems, including catalog management, vehicle applicability, pricing, publishing, and digital commerce integrations, working closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision (IT + Business Alignment):
- Define and communicate the technology product vision and roadmap for Accessories platforms aligned with Aftersales strategy
- Translate Accessories business priorities into scalable IT solutions and product capabilities
- Align with global Accessories strategy, including revenue growth, attach rate, and customer experience goals
- Identify opportunities to modernize systems, improve data flows, and enable digital capabilities
Product Ownership & Backlog Management:
- Own and manage the Accessories product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility
- Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure clear and complete requirements documentation
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery of value
Accessories Systems & Platform Enablement:
- Oversee key Accessories capabilities and systems, including:
- Product definitions & engineering

- Product sourcing & purchasing
