Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Ensure dashboards meet UI, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Develop and maintain SQL views and data pipelines
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Maintain documentation including specifications and user guides
- Monitor service desk tickets and meet SLAs for issue resolution
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Tableau dashboard development and support
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and database management
- Experience with data visualisation, data storytelling, and analytics
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Experience with Tableau Online environments
- Ability to troubleshoot from visualisation layer through to database
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously or in a team

QualificationsQualifications
- Relevant bachelor degree plus at least 1 year of experience as a business analyst or at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in lieu of a relevant degree
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with Data Factory or data automation tools
- Exposure to Power BI
