JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for Supply Planning Manager to work in Unilever Ice Cream Factory located in Corlu. You will work closely with both Konya and Corlu factories Production, Quality, Engineering teams, and Procurement, R&D, Marketing teams to build flawless operation. You will be responsible for production and material planning management of Ice Cream factories and set the baseline for manufacturing standards and propose the productivity KPIs as targets for the budget and link with the factory budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supply planning for factories, including scheduling and replenishment of materials to minimize disruptions to supply, and meet the agreed service levels for the markets.
- Managing the supply planning process; using on short term supply planning and inventory management
- Working closely with procurement, manages material inventories and material call offs of RM/PM with suppliers within set inventory targets.
- Working closely with procurement and suppliers to minimize lead time, minimum order quantity for raw and pack materials as a result of stock loss classification studies.
- Working closely with production to increase OEE and line flexibility (minimize changeover times, increase line capability, speed increase, etc) to increase responsiveness & decrease stocks.
- Responsible for implementation of digitalization projects and change management.
- Determines external logistics activities for inbound, decides on milkrun routes and works closely with logistics & procurement for execution. Decides and executes on JIT/JIS activities
- Running up / down of all materials in times of innovations/promotions to ensure limited business waste and on time availability of new materials.
- Maintain Master Data integrity in the system.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Operational experience in planning environment is preferred.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills for proactive management and communication of business opportunities and risks.
- Pushing the limits within SC and factory operations.
- Excellent Turkish and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates.
- Willing to travel to Konya at least three days of a week for the coordinate operations and team activities accordingly

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
