JOB PURPOSE:
Do you have a passion for field execution and delivering results in a dynamic sales environment? Are you motivated by achieving excellence in product availability and visibility at the point of sale?
We are looking for an IC Field Sales Execution Supervisor to join our team and ensure the flawless execution of our Ice Cream strategy in the market. Based in East Peloponnese (Korinthos, Arcadia, Argolida or Laconia), you will be responsible for driving performance through Key Distributors and retail channels, ensuring our products are always available and perfectly presented to consumers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Key Distributors to execute the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring product availability, visibility, and growth at the point of sale.
- Drive distributor sales team performance through coaching, goal setting, and continuous improvement practices.
- Identify market opportunities through regular field visits and competitive analysis, contributing to business development and sales growth.
- Monitor execution at POS and take corrective actions to close performance gaps when needed.
- Ensure the effective implementation of trade promotions and activations in line with shopper marketing guidelines.
- Ensure optimal shelf placement and product visibility according to shopper marketing principles.
- Co-develop and monitor Trade Marketing Investments (TMI) with distributors, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process, aligning with commercial plans and market dynamics.
- Utilize SFA tools for daily sales tracking, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and support the merchandising team to deliver excellence in in-store execution and product presentation.
- Conduct regular POS visits to assess execution standards, negotiate placements, and support sell-out initiatives.
- Oversee freezer (cabinet) placements and ensure efficient asset utilization across the market.
- Monitor the implementation of agreed payment plans with distributors and customers.
- Lead the year-end closure process with assigned distributors, ensuring accurate reconciliation and alignment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or an MBA is a plus.
- Over 2 years of experience in in commercial functions (Sales Rep, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Service).
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Valid driving license.
