About the Team

Penn Interactive is looking for a iCasino Content Specialist to assist the iCasino Content Manager in building, managing, and producing a rich game content calendar across all iCasino products and building out original content across all products and brands. All marketing communication must be designed, developed, and delivered with a comprehensive understanding of brand voice, tone, and overall personality. Additionally, this person will manage multiple CMS systems to ensure content is updated regularly and in alignment with Penn’s ever evolving casino content strategies. The iCasino Content Specialist is a key role that sits within the Casino Operations team as part of the broader Operations team for our Hollywood Casino, theScore Bet Casino, and Penn Play Social Casino products. It is equal parts content creator, project management focused, vendor relationship management, and is responsible for an array of responsibilities both creative and process oriented with the main goal of increasing customer lifetime value and high levels of player retention through the lens of both original content and unique consumer data. The iCasino Content Specialist will have a deep understanding of brand identity across all products and will additionally assist with carrying out operational content objectives in support of game content release calendar on a regular basis. About the Work

  • Maintain content release calendar for new game launches across iCasino products
  • Coordinate cross functionally with operations, compliance, product, and other outside partners to ensure games launch on time successfully
  • Work closely with outside iCasino game content providers to manage partnerships, game marketing and strategic game placement within Penn Interactive iCasino products
  • Monitor casino game performance data and make suggestions for optimizing game performance
  • Assist in updating and maintaining master content lists and creative across all products
  • Additional in-app content placement within content management systems
  • Manage creative requests for game tiles, featured videos, and any related game assets
  • Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, business administration, systems engineering, operations management or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable, data driven thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on executional capacity
  • Innovative thinker who looks beyond immediate competitive set for inspiration and ideas.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and GSuite
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with problem solving on the fly
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams
  • Experience with Content Management Systems a plus
  • Experience in the gaming industry a plus

Salary Range
$50,000$60,000 USD

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
