Location: Must be available onsite in Washington, DC as required (hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote).

Role Summary:
The ICAM Architect is responsible for the technical vision, high-level design, and long-term scalability of the enterprise ICAM solution. This includes system design, requirements decomposition, and establishing roadmap for continued maturity in ICAM services and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive technical architectures that meet all AOUSC requirements, spanning cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
- Lead solution design and requirements mapping from RTM and Use Cases.
- Define migration strategy from legacy to modern ICAM systems.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations on integration, security, and scalability enhancements.
- Ensure all technical components are aligned with AOUSC and federal security guidelines (e.g., NIST 800-53, FIPS 140-3).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.).
- 8-12 years’ experience in ICAM architecture, enterprise security, and systems integration.
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle design, authentication/authorization systems, and federal compliance standards.
- Recognized architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.
Technical Skills:
- SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM for automated provisioning, AD, Azure and Identity Platform tools like Ping, Okta, NIST 800-207, SailPoint, CyberbArk
