Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals
  • Serve as a hands-on role model, demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and professionalism
  • Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Drive performance by setting clear expectations, tracking metrics, and holding the team accountable
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your team competitive and informed
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in timeshare sales management
  • Strong production history and verifiable performance stats (preferred)
  • Active Driver’s License
  • Real Estate License (required)
  • Open availability with the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • A natural leader with a competitive edge and a passion for winning
