The Opportunity:
As the Enterprise Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Lead Network Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring high availability and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.
Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 4 technical support to IBS producers and consumers

• Assist theater command Support Engineers and Support Managers in managing broadcasts

• Serve on the producer engagement team; plan and set up initial enterprise connectivity for approved producers in the IBS enterprise

• Provide Tier 4 aft er-hours on call support to 24/7 Global IBS Support Center watch personnel to resolve operational and predictive problems involving communication systems through research, analysis, evaluation, and written reports

• Ensure availability of the IBS system to bandwidth disadvantaged users

• Create web-based familiarization and reference library to enhance customer service

Required:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelors’ degree in technical discipline +10 years’ experience working with information dissemination systems and policies; or 20+ years of direct experience with IBS architecture in lieu of education
• Subject matt er expertise in IBS enterprise components to include Network Services (IBS-NS), Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB), Tactical Data Processors (TDP), and monitoring tools (GALE, TRS, DME, GCCS); and uplink site architecture
• Experience and training in multiple intelligence/communication formats and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$120,800 - $265,800
