Your role at Clorox:

The role is designed for experienced planners or strategic thinkers looking to expand into end-to-end IBP ownership, integrating demand forecasting, supply and capacity planning, and execution alignment—supported by strong data management, analytics, process discipline, and clear communication. It owns both supply and demand planning for a defined portion of the BU portfolio while driving continuous improvement in data, analytics, and planning processes across the BU.

In this role, you will:

Supply and Demand Planning & Integrated Ownership (80%)

  • Owns a subset of the BU portfolio across both demand and supply planning while supporting network planning and demand leads.
  • Develops and maintains demand forecasts using IBP tools, incorporating commercial inputs and driver-based analysis
  • Translates demand into feasible supply, inventory, and capacity plans, highlighting constraints and tradeoffs
  • Identifies and communicates risks, opportunities, and gaps across demand, supply, service, and cost
  • Supports scenario analysis to evaluate impacts across financial and operational outcomes
  • Builds a clear planning narrative for IBP forums (demand, supply, and integrated reviews)
  • Partners closely with S&OE to align near-term execution with IBP plans and assumptions

Data Management & Repeatable Analytics (30%)

  • Ensures strong planning foundations through data accuracy and scalable processes across the IBP processes and not limited to a subset of the portfolio
  • Maintains and validates key planning data (demand drivers, capacity, inventory policies, sourcing logic)
  • Develops standardized reports, trackers, and analyses to support consistent decision-making
  • Identifies and resolves data gaps, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies
  • Ensures planning assumptions are documented, transparent, and consistently applied
  • Supports improved forecast accuracy, inventory visibility, and supply/demand alignment

S&OE Support & IBP Integration

  • Supports near-term execution alignment, bridging IBP plans to S&OE decisions
  • Flags recurring execution issues that indicate forecast bias or structural supply constraints
  • Helps ensure clear handoffs between planning horizons

IBP Special Projects & Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Contributes to IBP initiatives to strengthen integrated planning, scenario clarity, and data-driven decision-making
  • Supports cross-functional efforts to improve planning processes, tools, and governance
  • Partners across functions to increase transparency to assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs

What we look for:

  • 5–7 years in supply chain, demand planning, supply/network planning, analytics, or related roles
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in planning tools (especially Kinaxis Rapid Reporting, Excel, and data analysis
  • Ability to connect demand and supply perspectives and synthesize insights into clear recommendations
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn end-to-end IBP and business tradeoffs

Development Focus

  • Builds end-to-end IBP capability across demand, supply, and integrated planning
  • Develops business acumen across service, cost, inventory, and growth tradeoffs
  • Gains exposure to BU-level planning and decision-making forums
  • Expands scope over time to broader portfolio ownership and complexity

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

–Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

–Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
