As IBP Design & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for the design, evolution and continuous improvement of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) operating model, ensuring it remains effective, integrated across horizons and functional planning processes (e.g. demand and supply planning, commercial and financial planning), and aligned with business needs, in collaboration with the commercial, finance and supply chain functions as well as the regions and markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and maintain the IBP playbook, standards and process design
- Ensure integration across S&OE, S&OP and LRP horizons
- Identify improvement opportunities based on performance and feedback
- Design and implement enhancements to IBP processes and governance
- Define and evolve planning methodologies, templates and tools
- Support IBP capability development (training frameworks, materials)
- Support alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
- Ensure consistency of IBP processes across regions and platforms
What you need to bring to the role:
- 8–12+ years in supply chain planning, consulting or transformation roles
- Strong experience in IBP / S&OP process design and implementation
- Structured problem-solving and process design capability
- Ability to translate business needs into practical processes
- Experience in change and transformation environments
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English is mandatory.

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
