As a Maximo Functional Consultant, you will:

What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Maximo Functional Consulting is required.
- Strong functional knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM modules, processes, and capabilities.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade.
- Hands-on experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in Maximo functional configuration and supporting business process improvements.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes and workflows.
- Experience with functional testing, including Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
- Exposure to Change Management and Business Process Management (BPM) activities.
- Understanding of Maximo integration requirements with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data migration and cloud migration processes is an added advantage.
- Experience in industries such as utilities, energy, or manufacturing is beneficial.
- IBM Maximo EAM certification, ITIL, or Asset Management certifications are advantageous.
