About the role
Join us as IBM Inside Sales and become the trusted point of contact for our reseller network. Supported by our Business Development, Technical Consulting, and Key Account Management teams, you will drive sales and deliver IT solutions that empower our partners. What you will be doing at Arrow
Manage, develop, and grow partner relationships within your own territory or account base through proactive outreach and regular needs analysis via phone and email.
Drive sales and ensure the seamless delivery of IT products and solutions to partners and resellers within a defined vendor portfolio.
Collaborate regularly with vendor account management teams to ensure optimal support for partners in project-based business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, including complex proposals when required.
Work closely with internal departments such as Key Account Management, Business Development, Finance, and Procurement to provide partners with professional and effective support.
Conduct pricing negotiations for projects in coordination with Key Account Management.
Maintain project information in the CRM system and ensure customer data is accurate and up to date.
What are we looking for
Completed commercial/business education or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally within the IT sector or a related industry.
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for sales.
Strong interest in and understanding of IT products and solutions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage.
Fluent German and professional English language skills.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
