BlackStone eIT is looking for a talented IBM FileNet Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing FileNet solutions to manage enterprise content and streamline business processes. You will collaborate with business analysts and other technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure effective integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement FileNet solutions, including content management, workflow design, and document processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and other related technologies.
- Maintain and optimize existing FileNet applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in FileNet applications and report any significant findings.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for FileNet solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IBM FileNet and related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of FileNet concepts, including Workflow, Content Engine, and Application Engine.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with integration of FileNet with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
