The Role
We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM / IBM BAW Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
- Design and develop processes using IBM BPM / BAW.
- Develop Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UI.
- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and process design documents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IBM BPM or IBM BAW.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
- Experience with:
- Java / JavaScript
- RESTful Web Services
- SQL
- Experience integrating with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IBM BRMS.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
