Role: IBM ACE Integration Lead
Duration: Long Term
Location: Hybrid- 3 days Onsite

The Integration lead role is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and functioning of various systems and software within the organization. This role involves technical leadership, system enhancements, performance, and managing the implementation of integration solutions.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop IBM ACE, MQ, and Java production environments to develop new integrations optimal performance and availability.
• POC and new technology investigation
• Apigee experience set up and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot IBM ACE and MQ applications using debugger and trace files.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including message processing errors, database connectivity problems, and Java application errors.
• Write scripts for automate application monitoring and health checks.
• Work with DBA's for any integration issues connecting to Databases.
• Collaborate with IBM support for any issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Initiate cases with IBM and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alerts, and service requests.
• Work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve complex integration issues.
• Implement change requests, defect fixes related to IBM ACE, MQ & Java applications, following change management processes.
• Document procedures, configurations, plus troubleshooting steps for IBM ACE, MQ, and Java applications.
• Perform and support routine maintenance tasks, such as applying patches and updates, and ensure system security and overall compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve security, performance, back up strategies, and disaster recovery plans.

Technical Qualification
• 10+ years of experience in IBM ACE, MQ, SQL, and Java production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of IBM ACE & MQ and Apigee.
• Strong design and development skills using IBM ACE, MQ applications.
• Solid experience in supporting ESB Integrations with Java, SQL, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, and Rest APIs.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Avada Monitoring, Splunk.
• Experience with SQL scripting for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Java programming and debugging, with experience in diagnosing application errors and performance issues.
• Prior experience with Azure dev Ops, Jenkins, Maven is required
• Prior experience with API management tools APIGEE, is a must.
• Prior experience with Cloud integration.
• Prior experience with Kafka.
