The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Iberian Country Marketer (m/f/x)* you will be part of a highly knowledgeable and experienced team, acting as a key driver in connecting Dental Solutions products with the market and customers. You will play a critical role in generating demand and visibility, ensuring correct product positioning and gathering insights from sales teams and customers to support continuous growth and sustained competitive advantage. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with diverse and innovative teams across the organization. In this role, you will:
- Lead projects related to new and existing products
- Implement local marketing strategies to support business objectives and sales targets
- Define and execute marketing activities aligned with strategic goals
- Support marketing and sales teams at both local and EMEA level
- Drive demand generation and product positioning initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize market impact
- Contribute to product launches and campaign execution
- Support event organization (e.g., congresses, scientific meetings, trainings)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in marketing, communication, commercial administration, or related areas
- Experience working in international business environments
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and preparation of executive presentations
- Regular user of social media, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem
- Spanish native speaker (spoken and written)
- Very high level of English (spoken and written), essential for working in international environments
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and execution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of Portuguese
Work location: Madrid
Travel: May include up to 20%
