The Institutional Client Group (ICG) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia

Your key responsibilities:
Handle client queries and manage tasks related to pre-trade and post-trade operations
Facilitate electronic FX setup of institutional clients
Support regional team across Asia ex Japan Australia in electronic client coverage
Prospecting for new client electronic business within coverage base, sell/present DB supported platforms to meet clients requirements (including origination and onboarding as per DB policies)
Leverage knowledge of Deutsche Bank’s eCommerce product and trading relationships to provide clients with bespoke workflow solution to meet their needs in order to gain wallet share and relevance.
Work closely with the trading team across Spot, Forward, Options, Segregated Execution (algos, fixings) on optimization and analysis of client flows.
Share and collaborate with team and trading on product development ideas to enhance Deutsche Bank’s electronic platform.
Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up
Represent Deutsche Bank at conferences and industry presentations.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelors degree required
Detailed understanding of client’s execution model and electronic workflow to provide suitable and appropriate platform solutions
Investment bank electronic macro platform sales specialist knowledge required.
Work experience in at least 2 of the core regional markets (these being China, Hong Kong and Singapore – ability to cover and back up entire region)
Mandarin language skill (written and spoken) is required due to client coverage of China and Taiwan where clients communicate exclusively in Mandarin including documentation and communication with infrastructure partners
Prior experience in both client facing and product management roles
Able to up sell workflow (third party payments, workflow solutions, segregated execution, cross sell related products like prime brokerage)
Detailed project manager – able to handle migration projects and coordinate with operations/legal/trading effectively
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
