The Investment Bank has a large global research footprint, that both stands in its own right, and provides support broadly to one of the world’s leading financial institutions. The Asian Company Research team provides equity research to clients in Asia and globally. The Team is looking for self-motivated individuals to join the Company Research to lead coverage in China’s auto sectors.

Your key responsibilities:

• Covering major Asia Autos & Auto Tech Securities

• Keeping abreast of industry-related developments and building connections to industry participants

• Creating and maintaining financial models and datasets

• Writing company and industry reports and communicating key ideas

• Develop and maintain client relationships; Responding to requests for information from internal and external clients

Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.

Your skills and experience:

• University degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience in the equity research industry

• Strong analytical ability, with a focus on financial modelling and earnings forecasting

• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Excellent and well-structured written and verbal communications skills

• Proactive and hard-working with strong professional accountability
